Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask for another review. You can also try your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may also help.
